2026 Spring Research Conference

The Spring Research Conference is jointly sponsored by the University of Cincinnati, the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville Colleges of Education. The conference location rotates among the three institutions annually. This year, the conference will be hosted at the University of Cincinnati on March 28th, 2026. 

The purpose of the conference is to provide undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students with an opportunity to present research proposals in a friendly, yet formal, setting to get constructive feedback from faculty and colleagues. It is a great way to prepare for larger conferences.  

Registration for the 2026 Spring Research Conference, hosted by the University of Cincinnati, is now open! 

The conference will be held at the University of Cincinnati on Saturday, March 28, 2026. The free, annual Spring Research Conference is a collaborative event between the University of Kentucky, the University of Louisville, and the University of Cincinnati. We encourage all social science-oriented graduate students to submit an abstract for a poster presentation and/or an oral presentation.  

Abstract Deadline Extended to February 17

Students who plan to submit an abstract must complete the registration form by February 17, and all presenters will be notified by February 24. The registration form will close for all other attendees on February 28. The conference registration form can be found below.
